The Burghfield Residents Association (BRA) are pleased to open the Funding Request form for 2026.
If you are a Charity, Community Group or individual with a project or challenge in or around Burghfield, you can apply for funding to support your endeavour(s) from the BRA up to £500 (largeramountss are also available).
The BRA raises money primarily through the May Fayre every year, and distributes it to local causes.

FAMILY DISCO – FREE ENTRY
Midday to 11pm
Join us for the annual Burghfield Family Disco, this year being held on Saturday.
What’s On: Kids Disco – Live Music – Evening Disco – Street Food – Retro gaming bus – Santa Bar
Bring a picnic or enjoy food from Crumpy’s Smoke Shack.
The Tuck Shop will be open and Cafe B are on site. Sit back and relax.
MAY FAYRE – FREE ENTRY
10am to 4pm
Burghfield May Fayre returns on Sunday 10th May. Expect arena displays, children’s entertainers, over 80 stalls, a wide variety of food vendors, ice cream vans, cafe & cake tent PLUS a well stocked bar selling a variety of beers, ciders & spirits.
What’s On: 80+ stalls from crafts to food & drink – Kids arena displays – Dog show – Circus skills – Reptiles – Street food – Santa Bar
